I hate to part with this, but due to some unexpected vet bills, I need the funds. Wanted it to partner along with my Microcord, but there you go. I purchased this about a year ago from a Canadian Etsy seller who said she picked it up in London and had it checked out there. I think it was worked on due to the fact the mirror is very clean. The shutter speeds seem accurate, the Micronar 77.5 3.5 lens is in great condition. Cosmetically I think it might be the best conditioned tlr I've ever owned.
Due to an inherent fault in its loading and winding mechanism, all Microflexes have to have the film leader hand wound on the take up spool until the double arrows are matched to the red dots. After the take up spool is placed in the camera, then the wind lever can be used to wind to frame one. The only time the wind lever should be used is advancing the film to frame one, shooting a roll, and winding the film up when through. After an exposed roll is removed and the back still open, a new roll can be put in and the winder can be used to wind the film leader on the take up spool just like on any other tlr. But once the camera is closed with no new film in it, the film leader on the next roll has to be wound by hand. If you want to dry fire the shutter, use the double exposure lever to tension the shutter (to the right of the wind lever in photo 2) instead of cranking the wind lever.
Comes with original mirrored lens cap, and an original Microflex box.
