With a HEAVY heart I am listing my BELOVED Mamiya 7 setup. It consists of:
Mamiya 7 body with strap
43mm lens WITH finder and caps. Comes with box and ORANGE filter
150mm lens with caps, pelican bag and UV filter
Coveted L bracket (I worked hard to find this one!)

I am asking only $1700 for the setup. THAT IS A STEAL. I need the funds, as I just pulled the trigger on the most expensive digital body I've ever had.

One note about the 43mm lens - just so you are informed - it has a *slight* scratch on the front element. It does not affect image quality at all. I can send you many scans of images if you'd like to check it out. It draws beautifully - sharp as nails!

Also, regarding the 150mm ... some people have said their copy is difficult to focus wide open, however, I have shot this lens almost exclusively wide open AND at minimum focus distance and NEVER had a missed shot. Ever. Even on a self timer of me and a child!

This kit is THE ULTIMATE medium format kit - sharp and dependable. I love it dearly, but MUST fund a new purchase. Please give her a good home and use her to her potential.

That's a 2-lens Mamiya 7 kit with extras for the price of a 1-lens Fujifilm GF670 without the extras.

Sweet. (And I own a GF670...)

But I can't honestly say I'm happy to see you selling it. It seemed by seeing your photographs to be such a good match for you.

Thank you, ken. It's a mixed feeling here ... I don't want to be so heavily invested in equipment; but I don't want to see it go either. I hope I don't regret it... I'll give it the weekend to ponder; who knows, I might pull the listing!

Katie, do you know who made the L-bracket? I've never seen one for the M7, though I confess I haven't checked the RRS website for a long time.

Well... if you get my name pulled out of the Blind Print Exchange hat for this upcoming round, send me something from this camera, OK?

Of course, Ken. Just expect a print from me regardless of who I draw. PM me your address!

Also, I have someone interested in the kit - so if your considering it - make your move! Also, I CAN take a credit card, if that I interests you...
