Linhof 2x3” (6x9cm, 6.5x9cm) groundglass spring back adapter for 4x5” Technika cameras with folding focusing hood and depth-of-field scale. Lets you use 2x3” or 6x9cm or Linhof 6.5x9cm filmholders or Grafmatic holders on your 4x5” Technika. On my calibrated 4x5” Tech V, the groundglass is even in calibration with the rangefinder, but that can’t be guaranteed on every Technika body without testing.

A fairly rare accessory—I’ve never seen another one. I actually have both 2x3” and 4x5” Technikas and occasionally have used 2x3” filmholders on the 4x5” camera with this back to run film/developer tests or to use a longer lens than I can use on the 2x3” camera, but it’s not something I’ve had to do often, so if anyone is a heavy 2x3” sheet film user with a 4x5” Technika or is a dedicated Linhof collector looking to acquire every possible Linhof bit, this is for you.

$100 plus $15 US shipping, $50 international shipping.

This is the sort of item that’s likely to sit here for a long time waiting for the right person. Unlike most of my other ads, I’m not planning to move it to auction after a couple of weeks or a month. So if you’ve come across this ad two, three, or seven years after it’s posted, and you’re wondering if it’s still available, send me a PM, and it probably will be. Maybe I’ll even use it once or twice more in the meanwhile. Shipping cost is subject to change over time. I’ll post in the thread or update the title if it’s sold.

Posted in 2019, and I still have it, if you're interested and think you might use it more than I do (which is almost never).

Unfortunately, the 2x3 spring back does not pop off to let you use rollfilm backs or accessories for the 2x3" Technika with this adapter. You can just use 2x3 sheet film holders with your 4x5" camera.

I still have this thing, if anyone wants it. Make me an offer.
