Leitz (Canada) 250mm f4 lens -- 3 cam model.
Excellent, almost-new condition. Glass is perfect. A few very small marks on barrel.
Comes with original front and back lens cap -- front cap has a split in it, but functional.
Also comes with original Series VIII filter holder and Leitz Wetzlar Germany UVa Series VIII filter.
Serial number indicates that is was made in 1974.
