Does this fit all Leica lenses? How does this work?

Fits E39 (eg. f2 Summicrons 35/50...& smaller older 90 2.8s). You swing the polarizer out over the viewfinder, turn until you have the effect you want & then swing it back over the lens to take your exposure.
