Hi everyone. I'm new here but hoping to pass along some things in my collection for people. Putting it all in one space seems to be a good option so here goes. Lurked for quite a bit and finally signed up a few days ago.
I'm located in the UK currently until July-ish, so as of right now these are all only available for the UK for shipping. After that, back to the states and I'll probably update the listing to reflect their availability there at that time.
Prices shown are including shipping. I'm open to offers, and trades but I try to list things at what I consider a reasonable price based on the research I conduct in and around the internet. But, don't be afraid to ask!
I prefer Paypal.
I generally like to sell the lots as-is so I'm not too keen on splitting things up, so you are welcome to ask but I can't guarantee I'll go for it.
Also, I'll post a starter image for the item for sale, but also will provide a link to the full IMGUR album so as to keep the thread clean and less cluttered. If you'd like more pics please let me know, but please do be specific so I can easily take them.
Right now, I have a few things for sale, so on to the goods!
1. Bronica RF645 Near Complete 135mm 45mm 65mm Lens Kit Flash CPL Filter Etc. - £2000
IMGUR ALBUM
This Bronica RF645 camera works great. It does have the winder lever advance issue that is a very common one in this series of camera. While it can affect the winding, after some time, I was able to advance the film reliably without causing the issue. Just takes some finessing. And really, this issue does not affect the overall performance. I'd guess that if you are buying this camera kit, you've done your research, and are aware of this fault in the camera system. Regardless, if you purchase it, please immediately contact me about your acceptance of this before or after you bid. Otherwise, I'll have to reconsider the sale. This also shows that you are reading this description carefully. Thanks!
The camera shows minimal wear. Some dust in the viewfinder as expected. There is a hair-like mark in the rangefinder patch, but it does not affect the use of the rangefinder.
The small piece that protects the flash mount as well slides in ok but a tab on one side is broken off so it doesn't stay in place easily as well. Small and basically non-existent issue but worth mentioning.
Before I list what is included, based on my research, it's worth detailing what is not included. First is the 100mm lens kit. As this is an early model RF645 it has the 135mm frame lines and it was not converted. I never needed that lens therefore I never purchased it. Also not included is the lens hood for the 135mm lens. It's just too hard to track one down, unfortunately. Also, the hotshot adapter which allowed for the flash and 45mm finder to be simultaneously mounted. Also, no boxes are included. Otherwise the following is included and the result is a virtually complete kit:
1x Bronica RF645 Camera with OEM body cap and Cecilia Leather and Alpaca Wool Strap (I'll also include the OEM strap but it isn't shown in the listing)
1x 65mm Lens with OEM Hood, Front Cap, and Rear Cap
1x 45mm Lens with OEM Hood, Front Cap, Rear Cap, 45mm Finder, and OEM Finder Case
1x RF20 Flash with OEM Case
1x CPL (Circular Polarizer) Kit which includes the 58mm filter and eyepiece adapter
and finally the real treat in this
1x 135mm Lens with OEM Front Cap and Rear Cap. Like I said the hood for this is not included and seeing as about 200 copies or less of this lens exist, I'd guess it may be impossible to find the hood for it. I'd say this is the real gem of this listing. I haven't used it much so I'm not sure if the focusing is off but again, if you are aware of this camera, you know what you are getting into when buying this particular kit with this lens included.
All of the lenses are in superb condition. Minor dust if any and no haze or fungus. Apertures are nice and focuses are smooth.
I'll throw in a roll of 120 Acros and the batteries are included as well, so this kit will be ready to shoot when you get it.
I kind of hate to see this kit go as acquiring the pieces and using it was a blast but time to move on from it.
2. Leica M3 SS Single Stroke Camera Leitz Recent CLA by Youxin Ye - £600
IMGUR ALBUM
This M3 camera is in good user condition. It does show wear including a dent in the top plate corner and a gash in the back swing door frame. Other little nicks and bumps but these are all cosmetic as the camera works perfectly. I had this CLA'd in 2016 from Youxin Ye so it's in tip top shape and ready to use. At that time he also replaced the strap lugs with stainless steel ones as the original ones were to dangerously worn down. I can't tell if the vulcanite has been replaced. But it is in good condition so maybe so. A generic body cap is included.
3. Rolleicord III K3B Camera with Leather Case and Instructions As-Is for Parts - £129
IMGUR ALBUM
This Rolleicord is in ok shape. The lenses have some haze dust and minor fungus. The camera is able to run a roll of film through it but is stiff in some ways. It could definitely use a CLA before it's ready to go reliably.
4. Vintage Zeiss Super Ikonta C 531/2 521/16 Contax III Sonnar 10.5cm f/3.8 Lot - £220
IMGUR ALBUM
This lot includes the 3 cameras and everything shown in this listing. The Super Ikonta C 531/2 is in good condition physically. I am not familiar with this camera or how to operate it so it is untested. The glass has some issues. Haze is present and maybe some fungus. Hard to tell. The Contax III has haze and fungus in the lens. The camera is untested. The 521/16 is just thrown in as a bonus but it does not function either and the viewfinder glass is broken. Really, this lot is sold as-is. I think the 531/2 can be easily fixed up. I've used Petrakla for my repairs on my Super Nettel, so I'd recommend them if you want to get an idea of what it may cost.
5. Nikon Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 Camera Lens AI - £60
IMGUR ALBUM
This lens is in great working condition. The glass is clean and clear of haze or fungus. Some minor dust is present. The aperture is nice and clicks. The focus is very fast. It feels quite loose from other lenses I've had and the dampening feels almost non-existent. Works fine though.
