This is a lens board adapter for the Fuji Gx680 I II III and IIIs models that lets you use large format lenses mounted on Linhof and Wista boards on the GX680. Adapter is in very good condition and works as it is supposed to. I have used it on 210, 250 and 300 lenses and it comes with a cap to protect the circuit pin connectors. Very useful accessory and quite hard to find.
