This self timer attachment is in heavy chrome finish. Includes case and original instructions. There is a crack in the clear top plastic portion of the case. Apologies for the fingerprints in the chrome, they wiped right off after I shot the pictures.

The self timer works fine. It attaches to any normal/universal threaded shutter release and is height/depth adjustable to suit your camera/shutter situation.
