This is a Kodak Wide Field Ektar 190mm, f/6.3 in a No. 4 Acme Synchro shutter.

I would say it is overall good condition. There are some cleaning marks on the lens surfaces, but nothing major. The shutter is untested, but is firing on all speeds and sounds reasonably accurate.

A mounting flange is included. There are no lenscaps.
