Nice small lens for 4x5 or 5x7. Glass looks good. Shutter may need a CLA, though the speeds sound fine to me.

Includes both front and rear caps. It is mounted via a flange to a Technika lens board.

Not natively (it has M & F delays), but you might be able to bypass that if you open the shutter up.
