FS: Kalimar SLR Reflex by Fujita W/Original Leather Case
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This beautiful SLR camera was manufactured by Fujita in the late 1950's, and was marketed as a cheap alternative to the Hasselblad. It was designed by German designer Heinz Kilfit, and featured many impressive elements such as a cloth focal plane shutter and an instant return mirror. This camera is in very good cosmetic condition with a small ding on one side of the protruding metal (photographed) and a tiny bit of missing leatherette. The camera lens is an 80mm F/3.5 and is in very good condition with no scratches, mold or fungus. The shutter curtain is in very good shape as well. I have no idea how to operate the camera and am not sure if it even works. The aperture blades do move smoothly and the focusing knob is not frozen and moves smoothly too. I am selling it "AS IS" in case it needs any work which it may or may not (not a guarantee). There is a website that shows how to do repairs for this model and claims it is not difficult. I will price it moderately in case you need to do any work at 150.00 plus shipping which includes original leather case for camera body. PM ME directly in interested with zipcode for shipping calculations. Thanks, Mike
