For Sale FS: Items for 110 fans: developing reel, film cartridges and a camera $20+shipping

I have for sale the following 110 camera items:
35mm plastic developing reel ?unicolor? Modified to accept 110 film.
Kodak 110 camera: Hawkeye pocket instantamatic 3, works, used an odd battery to fire flash cubes (not included). Battery is dead but included to help you find a replacement which may be impossible. Don't know. It is a size "K" 4.5 V.
9 24 exposure 200 speed c-41 color films, dated for 2/2007
1 dated 8/2005
1 5/98
2 11/95 these are Kodak Gold others are store branded
films and camera from a thrift store. I developed 2 rolls in Rodinal which I don't exactly recommend, but I did get printable images from these old films. I've kept the films in the freezer the last couple years but goodness only knows how they were kept before that.
Mainly I want this stuff out of the way, I'm more a L/F guy, the price is mainly to ensure someone will use it. Long live chemical photography!
Is $20 fair plus shipping cost in a one price priority mail box?
if you reload these film holders, let me know, I have an empty laying around that is in good shape and will include it, too.
