Some people like to have it. It's not a size I'd necessarily use myself, but this is actually left over from another sale where I ordered several of these for a customer. BH also carries it too. If I don't move it before I finish my current box of paper, then I'll probably put it into rotation and cut it down to smaller sizes for my photo albums. I shoot a lot of BW of family stuff and my primary BW print is 3.5x5 and 5x7. Big prints are nice, but small prints fit better in photo albums, so for me, getting 4-5 smaller prints out of a larger sheet is fine. It also allows for doing a full bleed 8x10 and still have mounting area.

It's good for rolls of 6x7 contacts. B&H lists 50 sheets for less than this.

I am not BH.

If you wish to make purchasing decisions based solely on price, then by all means, go buy it from BH, or even better, go find a seller on EBay that is willing to sell it at a loss just to get the sale. If you wish to support a small business who is dedicated to analog photography, I have a brand new box that I am offering up with free shipping at a price that is not unreasonable or unfair.

if you choose to purchase from BH, you should be aware that they routinely price analog products where they make less than 2% margin after everything is paid. The customer loves that, but quite frankly, that doesn’t do the rest of the analog world any favors as it’s just not a healthy and sustainable practice for staying in business, especially if all you sell is analog products. BH can get away with it because they sell a whole pile of other stuff at way higher margins.
