You’re not going to get anyone paying for that.
It’s not “fair”. It’s bad. And it looks dried out.

Throw it out if it has any mold/cellar smell.

Send it to someone for postage if they are interested in a fix up project.

I have saved similar cases to presentable and useable condition. But it takes time and sometimes you find out partway through that it’s not worth it/is impossible.

Well said. What I really wanted to say was, "It's a piece of junk..." Now if it had the original camera it was made for along with it...

Maybe a future listing on Ebay as 'rare'. Or to fit one of those elusive $10 Leicas.
