I am offering a Hasselblad 70mm film back (takes perforated film), with matching serial number on the insert. Included are two barely used 70mm film cassettes. With this film back and cassettes, you can spool 15 feet of 70 film into one cassette and get around 60 images on the take up cassette. I've accumulated over 7 of these and don't really need that many, so I'm selling some off. It is in very good condition. If you need more than one, let me know. I just haven't gotten around to taking pictures of the other ones.

Film back and two cassettes: $75.00usd + postage from Montreal, Canada.

(I send by Tracked Package, the cheapest, but includes tracking and coverage on first $100..... I'll need your postal code,/ zip code/ Destination.... and I 'll send the postage amount. As an example, Montreal > California would be $19.93, so anywhere on the continent would be that or cheaper.

Interested bkarasek, some questions though (sorry if they're basic).

1. Need any extra gear to load the film? (apart from a dark bag type setup?)
2. Any way to develop 70mm in a usual Paterson tank of whatever size, or does it require a special set up?
3. Anyone making easily accessible film like Ilford? Availability seems low but it is out there from a quick search...

Hello,

1. The extra gear that I have is a darkroom, which enables me to load 16 feet of 70m into one cassette and a spriral that accomodates 16 feet.

2. But you can also shoot 5 feet at a time and use a modified Patterson reel. You have to hack a second reel and then you have a reel that will accept 70m wide film and develop in a normal Patterson Tank.

3. To my knowledge, Ilford doesn't make 70m film, even in their special yearly run. 70mm film is basically your run of the mill movie film.
