Gitzo 1576M Magnesium Universal Ballhead with quick release. $110

It's in great shape ( no chips or dings I can see except a few small ones on the top ), and comes with one QR plate.

This is a heavy duty head, weighing just under 3 lbs, and supporting up to 22lbs at a height of 6 inches.
