I bought this Gitzo ball head but it is too big for what i was looking for.
It is a heavy duty head but it is light weight due to the magnesium construction.
It has the quick release plate on it.
This is a used head and has some dings here and there but it is smooth as butter and locks down tight.
$100 shipped in the US.
