Got another TLR up for grabs, this time it's a Rolleicord IIb or Model 3K3 541 according to Rolleiclub. Made in '38-39, it has a Carl Zeiss Jena Triotar 7.5cm f/3.5 taking lens and f/3.2 Anastigmat viewing lens. Compur shutter to 1/300 that I cleaned out and got running smoothly.
Both lenses show some very minor "cleaning marks" on the front element but are otherwise clean. Contrast was acceptable on the test roll of expired Tri-X that I put through and shooting some Instax film in it shows fine contrast (better than the Instax plastic lens!) and sharpness. Also replaced the mirror which was wasted (I kept the original if you want it, but it's seriously ugly) with a trimmed down Polaroid mirror and confirmed correct focus which did not change during the swap. What seems to be the original ground glass is in good, usable shape.

Taking lens serial number: 2197906
Includes original front cap in rough condition (Bay 1 fitting on taking lens, slip on for viewing), original mirror if requested. It will need front panel leatherette replacement and if you don't want to use the red window for film spacing, someone with more experience could open the side panel and confirm the film counter mechanism is working.
