Split back 5x7 contact print frame made by Eastman Kodak Co. "Made in U.S.A." "For 5 x 7 Plates". Works fine for film, too. Dirty from sitting in the basement; I haven't used it much since I got a newer one and the Mrs. says that I need the room. Actually, what she means is that it's canning season and she needs the room. I can't really feel badly: her stewed tomatoes are going to be the centerpiece of lots of pots of chili this winter!
The glass is dirty but will clean up all right, I think. The backing works, or worked fine the last time I used it. The tape hinge for the split back has ... split
and needs to be replaced. Kodak used some thick leathery stuff that's gone all dried out; you can use whatever kind of tape is handy, or even attach a real hinge if you're ambitious. $30 plus shipping because it's both useful and pretty. I don't think it will *quite* fit into a Flat Rate Priority Mail box so send me your zip code and I'll quote shipping. It won't be much: it doesn't weigh much. Thanks!
