OKay, for the sake of clarity, the photo of the loaders shows reels only for an example. Only the German loader(center unit with gray handle) comes with a reel, because I got it that way( really cool reel too!). The other two loaders do not come with any reels. The Prinz loader on the right comes with a clamp to mount it to a counter or table top, the other two are hand held.

Would that it would work, takes both hands to operate. I think a self loading plastic ratchet reel would do the trick for Ralph. I even thought about retrieving the unit I sold that mounts on a counter top and is adjustable for 120 or 35mm, but that takes two hands as well. I've been communicating with an old chum that specializes in hand modalities and works in a large hospital as an Occupational therapist, he concurs with the self loader for one handed use.
God Bless you for thinking of dear Ralph, and looking this thread up for the loader. If I thought it would work, I would gladly send one to him gratis. It would be the least I could do to repay him for all the knowledge he so generously shares here with all of us.
