For Sale FS: Cooke PS945 Soft Focus Portrait Lens

Reluctantly I have decided to sell my Cooke PS945 soft focus portrait lens. I waited a couple of years to find it but have never really used it so I have decided to find it a better home. I have owned this lens from new, it is in immaculate condition with only light usage, and it is mounted in a Copal 3 shutter on a Technika style lens board. Everything is in full working order. It has its original lens caps and box (not shown in pictures).

Price is £3000 or a near offer. Shipping to the UK will be £30, to the US will be £150 (most of this seems to be for insurance), and elsewhere at cost. I would very much prefer a bank transfer of funds but can also take a credit card either in person or via my website for remote buyers. PayPal is OK too but only to verified addresses and in GB pounds.

I found that the gentleman that designed that lens was about to start on one more lens, might have been for the 8x10 but I can't remember, but passed before he could complete it.

There is no match for this lens. The Cooke lenses are in a class by themselves.
