Here is a nice working Canon III. All the speeds sound about right. Rangefinder has good contrast.
The shutter goes up to 1/1000. There is no side rail for the flash, which I prefer over the later models.
$150 for the body plus $15 shipping. Another $150 for the f1.9 lens as shown. Or pick from the below list.
