Canon Extender FD 1.4x-A (breech lock, good condition with some internal dust). This one has protruding front elements, so it's designed for lenses 300mm and longer, but I've used it with the FD 200mm f:2.8 internal focusing lens as well. Front and rear caps included.--$75

All four extension tubes are sold, and I'll include one FD rear cap with that.

M42/FD, T/FD, and FD/EF macro adapters and FD Extender 1.4x-A are still available.

T-adapters for FD are easy to find, but the Vivitar Series 1 is rather nicely made, and the optical quality of the FD 1.4x-A is outstanding.
