For Sale FS: Canon F-1 instruction manual (original one, pre-F-1n)

I've got an original F-1 manual (English Edition) up for grabs. It's late enough that it includes the Motor Drive MF, but it predates the updated F-1n model (doesn't describe the ASA scale going to 3200, doesn't have the plastic tip on winder, doesn't have the film box holder on back, etc.) On the back it says

PUB. NO. A5366c 0375D7 PRINTED IN JAPAN

I'd like to get $10 shipped to the US, $15 anywhere else. Note that price includes all shipping! I'll send it first class mail in a sturdy envelope. Paypal is easy, I'll eat the fees, but I can also take any other form of payment you prefer.
