- Light seals have been replaced and tested
- Mirror bumper have been replaced and tested
- No infamous 'Squeal.'
- One new 4LR44 battery is included

Ah... one of my all-time favorite cameras. My all-black-version went through a house fire last April. It still works, but it's covered in black stuff and smells awful. I just can't bring myself to throw it away, though. Has a really nice 50/1.4 attached to it, too.

This is a fantastic price for this camera and would make someone happy for sure. AND it might be the only AE-1 on the planet without that infamous squeal!!! Good luck with the sale. Sorry for the unnecessary post. But I always have to say something about these cameras when I see them!

Sorry to contradict you, there are at least two and the other one is mine The camera is much nicer without this noise (and no, mine is not for sale). The CLA to remove the squeal (plus some other checks) was three times this price !
