If the shipping ends up being lower than the USPS online shipping calculator estimates I will refund you the difference. If it is substantially higher than the esteems ($5. or more) I would expect you to pay the difference. Magazines are heavy and do not enjoy the lower Media Mail rate. USPS Parcel Post, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground are all available. You could also pick them up from my office in NYC.
