FS: Black Nikkormat FT w/ Nikkor Auto H 50 2.0 non AI Lens - $60

Black Nikkormat FT w/ a non AI H 50 2 lens. It's brassed and a a bit of a user in cosmetics. No dents in the prism or anywhere else though. There's small scratches and little places where the paint has a few small bubbles in the creases. Shutter exposes properly on the speeds that I've shot it at (1/15 to 1/1000), it doesn't hang anywhere, and the slowest speeds sound good. Focus screen has a few little marks, and the meter is working. It's a little jumpy on the slowest speeds like most Nikkormats.

The Nikkor Auto H 50 2 lens (Japanese Summicron) is a bit of a user too but the glass is spotless. While the focus is light and smooth, there's a place near the end where its a tiny bit stiff. It's very, very minor. When you're shooting it you never notice it, and strangely enough it doesn't always do it. As I said its very minor. Unlike some 50's I've owned, this one can focus quite close. Coatings are a beautiful purple. IQ is, in my opinion, outstanding. It takes beautiful photos w/ smooth bokeh (samples are Arista EDU 100 in Mic-X). I've run a lot of film through this camera w/ no issues and it looks better than these lousy photos make it look.

Included is a 52mm to 49mm step ring (so can use inexpensive 49mm filters), as well as a hood, rubber eye cup, rear lens cap, and batteries. I can throw in a basic strap if you need one. These shots were accidentally taken w/ the yellow filter on but it's not included. I do have a set of 49mm filters (the yellow one is part of it), but they would be extra. $70, plus $10 for insured priority mail shipping. US sale only please.

Tim.
I used an ancient $25 Epson 2450 flatbed, so the pics are more of a testament to the lens than the scanner. I have shots from this camera that are much better than these, but I was in a hurry to just put something up for the ad. I love this Mic-X (full strength all the time). Can't for the life of me understand why Kodak stopped making it, but then Kodak did a number of things we're still trying to figure out why they did them :}

I'm not sure who owns the bike. We're in the Daytona Beach area, and this place, from Ormond to New Smyrna Beach, is sort of ground zero for custom and exotic bikes and cars. Not Ferraris and such (sadly) but lots of custom build-it-yourself stuff. An Indian dealership opened up downtown in the old Harley shop recently.

The camera is sold.
