This camera is the camera I've used most over the past year to shoot instant film. It is a complete kit with collapsable 100mm f/3.5 lens and lens hood, shutter release grip, older style Polaroid 100 back, rare G adapter for Graflex backs and accessories, and newer style lever-advance Graflex 6x7 roll film back. The lens is in the best condition of any of the 100/3.5's I've owned for this system. It is clean, clear, haze and fungus free. The shutter is VERY snappy at all speeds and functions without fault. All speeds are accurate enough that I have never noticeably under/over exposed a single frame from inaccurate timing. The focusing helicoid moves smoothly and is well damped. The aperture ring adjustment functions properly and has click stops at all stops from f/3.5-32 as well as about a half stop past f/32. The aperture blades adjust freely and smoothly and are clean and free of oil. The rangefinder/viewfinder is bright and clear with adjustable bright frame lines for 100/150/250. The grip functions properly and triggers the shutter consistently. The Polaroid back is in great condition and is especially nice to use. Personally I prefer using this older Polaroid 100 back for a few reasons. For one it acts as an extra grip so it's easier to hold the camera. Also the dark slide goes in vertically from the bottom which is less awkward to use then trying to slide it out/in horizontally past the grip. Lastly it's locking mechanism is very secure and almost impossible to accidentally open unlike it's newer counterpart and you can store things in what would be the battery compartment on the left. The G adapter is in excellent condition and looks to be barely used. This adapter is great if you're trying to shoot roll film because the graflex backs are much cheaper, easier to find, and also much more compact than the equivalent Mamiya Press backs. The 6x7 Graflex roll film back is in good condition and functions as should. It is the never lever-advance back which is easier to use and has better film flatness than the older knob-advance type backs. There is a bit of tape stuck to the back that would probably come off if you tried hard enough.
Overall this camera is in excellent condition with only a few minor scratches and marks with light brassing on the corners. The rangefinder housing is free of the dents you would normally find on most MUP's. The leatherette is all intact but is starting to peel around the edges. The biggest noticeable defect is a deep scuff on the front top right corner that looks like it was scraped along pavement or something and is pretty chewed up, however this is only cosmetic and won't affect the functionality of the camera whatsoever.
This camera would be great for someone who wants to shoot polaroid/fujiroid pack film with a fast lens AND roll film but doesn't want to carry around two cameras. The Universal's name speaks for itself, it's basically a two-in-one camera, or more with the right format backs.
I'd like to get $650 OBO + S/H from Ohio. I'm willing to split this up if you only want the kit with the Polaroid back or vice versa.
