Santa Barbara 4x5 Pinhole Camera by Lenslesss Camera MFG Co.
75mm focal length, f263 (if I remember correctly). Very nicely made.
Takes standard 4x5 film holders, or you can just put film or photo paper inside. Has tripod socket on bottom and side.
Have made some great images with this camera, but haven't used it in a while.
