got some extra 120 Pro II backs here from my leftover RZ kit.

work great, spacing is even from what I remember. All have caps. Darkslides have some tape on them so they're easier to pull out than the poopy little metal handle by itself.
(2) are missing the film-box tab thingamajig holder on the back. I just wrote on a piece of blue painters tape what was loaded. Easy peazy.
