I've got a spare Packard shutter, 4 1/2" square with a 2 1/4" opening. This is a No 6 shutter, i.e., for Time and Instantaneous exposures.
In case you're not familiar with Packard shutters, they are fired by using a squeeze bulb. In Time mode, squeezing the bulb opens the shutter, and releasing the bulb closes it. In Instantaneous mode, you insert a pin (not included) into the shutter. When the bulb is squeezed, the shutter opens for about 1/25 sec., and then closes by itself.
The shutter is in good operating condition.
$50 + shipping ($5 USA domestic). Paypal accepted. Satisfaction guaranteed; your money back if not satisfied, but you have to pay the return shipping.
