This is still one of the easiest and lowest cost ways to develop black and white sheet film. Replenish, you need to have a dark place.

Kodak rubber tanks with lids allow you to leave your line setup for days and are very much nicer than shuffling film in a tray.

Someone should grab this now, it's a very good deal, IMO.
