For Sale or Trade is my beloved 210mm f9 G-Claron in Copal #1 press shutter.
The lens and shutter are in great user shape. The glass is beautiful except for the standard "Schniederitis" typical of this vintage.
The lens comes with a Schneider rear lens cap, front snap cap and retaining ring.
I've probably exposed more film with this lens than any other. I shot my entire Pond Scum series (almost 300 negatives over the spring / summer / fall of 2007) with this lens. It is a stellar performer for close ups and at infinity in the landscape. I never used this on my 8x10 but lent it to a friend while we were traveling together and he made some fine negatives with it using his 8x10 Masterview. It was all landscape work so i doubt he used much in the way of movements but the prints I saw were gorgeous.
I'm asking $225 shipped in the CONUS. I would also take partial trade on a Toyo Field 110mm square 12mm recessed lens board.

THE FINE PRINT.
I prefer USPS Money orders. If you must I will accept a personal check but will wait for it to clear first. If you send a USPS Money order I simply hold it until you receive the item and say everything is ok, then cash it. If there is an issue we can work it out or swap back item for USPS Money Order (either party listed can cash it).
I will not ship this outside of the Continental USA. (I'm sorry about this but I do ship out of the country for work and I simply encounter too many issues ((mainly tax and customs)) and just do not want to get involved in it for my personal sales.)
I give preference in order of who contacts me first. I will send my mailing address once the buyer CONFIRMS they want it at an agreed upon price including shipping.
