2 cold light heads: 1 Arista for Beseler C23II - $65.00 and 1 Arista for Omega D2 4x5, with PC filters (Kodak & Ilford + CC40Y) - $75.00. The cold light for the Omega has cone for enlarger, slightly raised on inside with groove cut for filters above diffusion grid. Works quite well - filter slips in drawer, then velcro strip/seal makes it light tight.

Apologies for the delayed reply and hope you see this message.
I think it would cost around $40USD to send to Virginia, and I always try to pack things really well.
As for how old the head is, I bought it new, it perhaps had 12 hours of "on" time, probably less; of course the heating element stays on throughout the printing session and I have always unplugged the heater when not in use.
I have not used the head for several years, having switched back to condenser with LED, but I do not recall any significant humming.
