Yes, as the ad states, I will include TWO focus screens, and one mirror. They are used, but serviceable. From what I see, that is all the camera would need to load film in it and shoot it. The mirror is very easy to replace, and I have the little spring-type clip that holds it in. No adjustments are needed, if its installed correctly. The focus screens are fiddely to replace in these models, but I have the necessary clips that hold a focus screen in (they came w/ the camera when I originally bought it). Again, no adjustments are needed if installed correctly.
As for the cosmetics, it just needs some glue to hold down the body covering in places, and a black magic marker would fix up the missing covering on the little chrome knob on the side nicely. This camera is not perfect in appearance, but it looks really good for a camera this old. It's also quite small and light (sorta) for a TLR.
