When you have a lathe, you tend to make things that make your life easier, like a solution to the fact that Artars weren't designed to leave the studio.
This is a brass adapter I made to allow filters, lens shades, and lens caps to be placed on a 16 1/2 inch Artar. Note that this is NOT a Red Dot Artar. I don't have one available right now, but my memory is that this adapter did fit the one I used to have.
Offered for sale is the adapter only. Pictured below is the adapter in use with a lens cap and lens shade.
If you decided you wanted one of these and went to a machinist to make one, you'd be quoted a price higher than the value of the lens. I have no idea how to price this, so I'll start off with one price, and start dropping it periodically until it sells. Grab it if you like, or msg me with an offer.
$60 + shipping (probably $1.30 with 1st Class Mail).......OBO
