This is a vintage 6.25 inch Wollensak Velostigmat Wide Angle Series III f9.5 8x10 No. 143243 Lens. From my research at cameraeccentric.com, it probably was made in the late 1920's. I believe it was re-mounted into an Alphax shutter in the 1940's.
The glass is in pretty good condition. I don't see any scratches and the glass is clear. There are a few internal speckles and some minor edge separation on the front lens. I don't think either would affect the picture.
The Wollensak Alphax shutter is a smooth running heavy duty model, but the high speeds are slow: T, B work as expected, 1= .85, 2= .50, 5=.24, 10=.09, 25=.05, 50=.04, 100=.02 seconds. Since the dial adjustment is continuous, you can set adjust between the marked speeds if you want. Includes mounting flange.
$159 plus shipping. I can accept paypal. Let me know if any questions.
