I want to buy some glass negative plate for experiment. Who produces and sell them ?

not sure what the cost is, or how expensive
shipping is in your part of the world. they can be HEAVY.

if you are up for the experiment, you might buy bottled emulsion
and coat your own plates ( it really isn't hard ) .. or make your own emulsion
and coat with that ( it really isn't hard either ) ...
