Freestyle Announces Additional Shipping Services

Freestyle Photographic Supplies is proud to announce that we have just added new shipping options for our Alaskan, Hawaiian, and international customers. In addition to our speedy FedEx services, customers outside the continental 48 states can now choose between two different United States Postal Service options. International customers can select from Global Air Mail Parcel Post and Global Economy Parcel Post, while our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can choose from US Priority and US Parcel Post services.

We've added these new options in response to the many requests we've received from customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas. We hope that these changes will help to make Freestyle "your value leader" more than ever.

I've had such bad experience with Freestyle's poor customer service and shipping on (many) more than one occasion in the past that I don't waste my dollars there anymore - I'd rather spend them at J&C or even B&H

Sorry to hear that Artur! I've always had prompt and excellent service - including shipping - from Freestyle. I started buying from them in the 1950s and I continue to buy from them now in 2006.

I never had a problem with Freestyle before but if new way of shipping is going to save me some money it will be spent on film or paper.

I'm another who's had no problems with Freestyle. I'm a continental US customer, though, not international. I generally favor B&H, but that's mainly because they're in NYC and I'm in Rhode Island; ground shipping from B&H takes a day, whereas ground shipping from Freestyle takes over a week.

Since I live in Hawaii, that is welcome news. I haven't bought anything from them yet; at the moment they have very little of the products that I use (no Velvia according to their website).

I'm very glad to see another international shipping alternative to UPS. Their "brokerage fees" amount to highway robbery.
