Hi, still cleaning out the cupboards and found this Tessar. Story is that I bought it a few years ago from a dodgy (didn't know at the time) seller, and the lens looks great, in lovely condition with a Linhof branded Compur shutter, but when I shot the thing the pics were not at at all good.
I suspect that there is an incorrect assembly or the wrong rear group...who knows...not me! I tried to get a refund...long story, but I didn't get one so I just put it in the drawer in disgust. Now this is a late production West German Tessar and someone out there with more knowledge than me may be able to sort it.
Free for the cost of postage...didn't want to just throw it away.

Thanks Tony.

The lens will go on a teaching camera, almost certainly a Speed Graphic to be used on workshops, assuming I can sort out the optics :} If not different lens cells will need to be used.
