Vintage "PicTrol" Variable Diffusion Device, used primarily in the darkroom for print diffusion....but could possibly be used on cameras with small lens barrels.
Works mostly, but almost 100% plastic...kind of fragile and fiddly.
I've had it for a while...acquired it in a box lot...I've never needed it, so passing it along.
Popular in the '60's & '70's, it was made by Arkay.
