Cleaning out the stuff at home. This is an Osram SC18 remote flash. It has a built-in sensor. Mount it off camera and when your prime flash goes, this Osram will trigger also. The clamp lets you mount it on a shelf or other platform. I recently installed batteries and it worked well. I have barely ever used it.
