I have three lights on stands, as per the picture.
They are not pretty, but they actually do work; or at least did the last time I used them.
Essentially they are fitted with either 100W or 150W or maybe even a 250W photo flood light globe. I have some spare photo flood globes of dubious age and condition that will go with the lights.
When I got them I re-wired them as the original cables were a cloth based outer with a rubber based interior sheath that was falling apart.
I'm in Melbourne these are free to a good home. If the person who wishes to have them and is unable to transport them, then I'm sure some kind of transportation across the greater Melbourne area could be arranged.
