Yes, but in a Jobo drum not in trays. Works fine. Much like D76, as advertised. Looking at negatives on the light table, I could not discern any significant difference between this and the same with D-76.

Thanks for the replies. Should have mentioned that I have used this developer with T-Max 400 in 120 roll, with good results. Should take my own advice and do a little experimentation with tray, agitation, and dilutions! Just feeling lazy today, thought someone might have tried the tray route.

Personally, I find Delta 100 with F76+ a nearly magical combination, but I haven't developed in trays for many years so no opinion there; don't see why it wouldn't work fine, though. You mentioned using it with TMax 400...I tried it with Acros 100 and didn't particularly care for that combination.
 
Bruce Barlow was a user of this developer and he liked it very much
I just tried mixing up instant mytol with phenodine and it works nicely.. only tried with 120 film
I use pyrocat MC for fp4 in trays and develop by inspection
