It's different.
What do you mean?

Your shutter has a male ASA connector,
-) thus you need a female connector at one end of the cable, to connect it to.

The german shutters have a female PC connector
-) thus you need a female connector at the other end of the cable, to simulate it.

And this is exactly what Rick linked to.

Maybe you do not want to simulate a german shutter, but go directly to a PC flash
-) then you need a male connector at the PC end.

Your request is not clear on what you actually want.

Is this what your shutter looks like? If yes, you need the Bi Post adapter. If not, show us what you have.

I think this is the thing you’re looking for...

I had no idea they were on eBay for 65 bucks. I either found it or bought it when it was only a few bucks.

You could make your own.

That’s a bargain... even without making a lower offer!

It’s funny, I would have traded for one of the bulk rolls of film... So when you sell the film be sure to cover the cost of the camera you just bought. Would hate to see you come out worse

It figures, and the guy accepted my offer so it will cost me $36. Do you need a camera to go with that adapter?

Think of it this way... you got about a 50% discount, and a camera as a free gift!

Where both, the coaxial/bayonet one and the bipost one, used the same time, or was one the successor of the other?
