828 is the same width as 35mm. Do you know what sort of film is in the cassette? If it's c41 color, a lab familiar with dealing with roll film should be able to run it, assuming you can get the cassette open.

If it's color, I would assume that it's C-22 or a similar process. You could process in low temp C-41 or B&W.

I am g-g-gooooogling but have not found any info on what is in the cassette, yet.
