Apparently it uses standard 828 roll film packaged in a proprietary cartridge ( http://retro-vintage-bazaar.com/products-page/cameras/fotron-electronic-film-camera/ ). If it's c41 color, a lab familiar with dealing with roll film should be able to run it, assuming you can get the cassette open.
