I have used Fotospeed's Fotolinen and Maco's Structura Lux in the past but believe both are no longer being made. Does anyone know of a similar product currently available?

Thanks Peter, I haven't heard of that paper. There is no Slavich supplier in Ireland and I don't know of any in the UK but there is one in Germany so I'll try them.

There are three finishes available in the Bromoportrait paper, gloss, matt and silk. Which one are you refering to Peter?

I don't think Bromoportrait is Fotolinen. Fotolinen is emulsion coated on linen. You can stretch it like canvas or sew it onto clothing. It's stiff like paper when you take it out of the envelope, but when you put it in the developer tray, it's wet cloth.

Bromoportrait is a regular double-weight graded paper that also comes in an embossed silk finish.

Thanks David, yes I know its not Fotolinen but I presume Peter is suggesting that maybe its the nearest thing to it in terms of its surface.
