Just as a matter of interest, does anyone know how to match Forte's lot nºs with manufacturing dates? I've just dug out and printed a photo from a box of 50 24x30 cm Fortezo sheets with a lot nº of 5210582. If memory serves me right, it must be pushing 30 years old, yet there appears to be no sign of fogging and the print quality isn't at all bad.

I have no idea how the emulsion numbers relate to dates but here is the info off a few old boxes I still have: 1995 5511764, 1998 5710981 and 5712973, 2000 5910233 and 2007 610411. Sounds like yours is early 90's. Unfortunately all I have left is boxes no paper.

I was just curious about the cage of the paper I was using.

Cage ? Why do you want put this paper in a jail ? It needs to be printed, free, in the wild !!! :D

BTW (more seriously), Forte Fortezo is a marvellous paper, I have a box of "Museum weight", I keep preciously , only for the better photos.
