Fortepan 400 in D76

I can't seem to find development times in D76 @ 1:1 - only for undiluted. Does this mean Fortepan 400 shouldn't be developed in diluted stock? If so, why would that be?

depends on how you exposed it to some degree but, try 14~15 minutes.
